To fix the ProSeries renaming issue when trying to print to PDF do the following:
Steps to Enable PDF Renaming Prompt:
- Open ProSeries 2025.
- Click on the File menu and choose Print Options.
- In the Print Center, select Printer, PDF, and DMS Setup.
- Under the PDF Files section, ensure the box "Use default file names for PDF files for returns" is unckeked.
