Enable an Alias as a ‘Send-From’ Address in New Outlook
1. Open New Outlook:
• Launch New Outlook (or Outlook on the Web) on your computer.
2. Access Settings:
• Click on the Settings gear icon (⚙️) located at the top right corner of the Outlook window.
3. View All Outlook Settings:
• In the Settings pane that appears, click on “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom.
4. Navigate to Compose and Reply:
• In the left-hand menu, select Mail > Compose and reply.
5. Enable Your Alias Address:
• Scroll down to the “Addresses to send from” section.
