If you cannot send emails from your Alleviocare.com Alias(email address), please follow these steps to have it solved, bear in mind it will only work on the newest version of Outlook, if you have classic version, please update it first.
1. You will have to remove your account and log in again using the Alleviocare.com alias, please follow this tutorial. First click on this icon in your Outlook (new version)
2. Then, you must follow this path: Accounts > Email Accounts > select your current account and click on manage.
3. And last, click on remove.
4. It will take you back to the login screen, this time log in using your email which ends in alleviocare.com.
That should be it. You should be able to send emails now from your alleviocare.com email.
